What internet provider are you using? Currently, HughesNET is not capable of using 49er express. There is no known solution.
According to ITS, “There is a known problem with that ISP and My Unc Charlotte. There is not a configuration or setting change that will solve the problem (well, at least one that I am aware of). The administrator in ITS, as well as the 3rd party provider of My Unc Charlotte, are aware of the problem. The client should be able to login directly to the various resources, just not through My Unc Charlotte.
