Agilent ADS fails to run

Agilent complains that the system clock has been rolled back and this causes ADS  to refuse to run when there is a file in the  /tmp  directory with a timestamp that is too far in the future. We are not sure why files are being created in /tmp with a future timestamp.
To see Agilent work, do the following:
rm /tmp/dummy
Ads
In the future, when this is reported you can do the following :
touch /tmp/now
find /tmp -newer /tmp/now
# review any files that show up from the above command for deletion or run the touch command on them to reset the timestamp to today.
