Problem:
When launched, any Decision Tools product faults with the following Visual Basic error:
Compile error in hidden module: AddInInitialization
Cause:
In this instance, Bentley V8i (more specifically PondPack) has been installed overwriting the registry key that instructs Windows which DLL to use for Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications:

Solution:
This issue has been resolved via a taskscript (for existing machines) as well as updating the actual Bentley V8i installation package. Please report any issues to the Mosaic Admins.
